All Ballerina pumps come in a narrow to medium width fitting so if you are normally in between sizes or have wider feet, we recommend you purchase the next size up e.g. If your size is UK 5.5 (Eur 38.5), please opt for size UK 6 (Eur 39).
For sandals, if a style comes particularly small or generous, the information is provided with the product details. Of course, please do get in touch if you would like advice on sizing for the style you are considering - we would be very happy to help you make the right choice.

- We would recommend treating suede & nubuck with an appropriate protector before wear. A suede brush will also help to keep the nap raised and suede looking as new as possible
- If your shoes get wet, stuff them with newspaper and dry naturally, away from a direct heat source. This will help prevent the outer materials drying out and cracking.
- Check the heel tips regularly and when they start to wear down take to a good shoe repair shop and have them replaced to avoid slipping or causing damage to your shoes.
- Please remember that leather is a natural product and therefore it is likely that you may see some variation between pairs in terms of colour and finishes. Leather also gives with some wear so if your shoes fit snug, they will soon soften and become more comfortable. This as you know is the beauty of leather.
